St. Piran’s Day is held each year on March 5th, and celebrated in Cornwall and other communities around the World, whose ancestors originated from the County. St. Piran is said to have landed in Cornwall at Perranporth, a notorious surfing beach in the 7th Century, so perhaps he’s also the patron saint of Cornish surfing?

You can get into the Cornish theme with a gift inspired in Cornwall. Cornish tin jewellery, silver jewellery with a Celtic theme, glassware or pewter with Celtic designs embossed on them.
