A bit about us……
Roy Doble opened his first jewellers shop in Cross Street Camborne, Cornwall in 1962. Trained as a clock and watch repairer, he built up the business and later opened two further shops in Helston and Redruth. The shop in Cross Street has long since been replaced, and our Camborne branch now trades from Trelowarren St, Camborne.
His son Robin trained as a goldsmith at the Plymouth College of Art & Design, and served as an apprentice for five years before joining the family business. He now manages the Helston branch and performs many of the repairs and alterations to our customers jewellery.
Embracing the traditional skills of the family jewellers, Roy Doble continues to offer many of the services that customers have been led to expect.
