Our Returns Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. In the event that you decide that the item isn’t for you, simply return your purchase for a refund within 14 days. The item should be in it’s original condition with a copy of the order/packing note. The method of return is your responsibility and we would advise that you use a tracked method of posting. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt. The refund will only cover the original purchase cost. This policy applies to online sales only.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange if the item has been personalised, engraved or altered in size. We are also unable to refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. We use PayPal to process transactions and refunds will be processed via the same payment method use for the purchase.
